Open the app’s dashboard: “Your day” shows what needs you today — next appointments and those awaiting confirmation, tables in use, reservations, and pickups due in the next hour — adapted to your kind of business and role. The What’s new panel lists shipped improvements that apply to you, and short tips appear the first time you open key pages.
- Pickup: “as soon as possible” or a free slot from each branch’s schedule, plus a branch minimum order.
- Bookings: service, professional or “anyone available”, and real free times.
- Loyalty: earning and redeeming are separate choices, at the register and online.
- Product photos on the online menu, with cropping for logos and category images.
- Register: barcode and search side by side, shortcuts, quick cash and a clear finish screen.
- Languages: English, Arabic and now Spanish.

How does ordering for pickup work, and how is the pickup time chosen?
The customer orders on the branch’s ordering page, chooses “as soon as possible” or a free pickup slot the branch can prepare, and pays at the branch when collecting. A branch minimum order is shown and checked.
How do clients book an appointment online?
Share your booking link: the client picks a service, then a professional or “anyone available”, then a time that is really free. Staff see the same free slots in Bookings.
How do loyalty points work?
Members get a loyalty code. Earning and redeeming are two separate choices: attaching a member always earns points, and redemption is opened only on purpose — at the register, or online for customers signed in to My Zaxore. Tiers and expiry are optional.
How do I add product photos, and where do they show?
Add several photos per product by drag and drop or the phone camera and pick the main one. They show on the online menu and product lists; not yet on register tiles or receipts.
Which languages does Zaxore support?
English, Arabic (right to left) and Spanish, in the app and on the pages your customers use. A few server messages and the sign-up and password emails are not in Spanish yet.
What is coming soon in Zaxore?
In development, with no release dates: selling offline with sync, direct receipt printers and cash drawer, a customer-facing display, order and booking messages to customers, the Zaxore AI agent and smart cameras. None is available yet.
