Multi-store management and multi-location inventory
Zaxore holds one or more companies in a workspace; each company has branches and warehouses with their own registers, stock, suppliers, hours and time zone. Staff can be limited to certain branches or one register, and reports compare branches from the same records.
One catalogue, stock in every location
Products are defined once; each branch keeps its own stock, availability, supplier, cost and reorder level. Transfers move units between branches or from a warehouse, and every movement is recorded with who and why.
Each manager sees their branch
Roles decide what a person can do; branch and register restrictions decide where. The system blocks actions outside a person’s branches — it does not just hide them.
Branches in their own time zones
Receipts, reports, pickup times and alerts use each branch’s time zone, so a New York and a Los Angeles branch each see their own day. Sales, cash and stock can be compared branch by branch.
- Points belong to the store where they were earned; there is no transfer of points between separate stores.
- Manual journals and period close are not available in the accounting ledger.
