- An opening without a matching record. Common innocent reasons: giving change, a cash drop that wasn’t entered, a mistake.

- A manager checks the shift notes and asks the cashier. This is a prompt to review, not an accusation.
This demo never asks for your camera and records or uploads nothing. The scenes are drawings.

Access and privacy of recordings
- Only roles you authorise — for example the owner or a branch manager for their branch — would see events and footage; cashiers would not.
- Every view of a recording would be logged: who, when, and why.
- The business decides how long recordings are kept, and they remain under its control.
- Using cameras must follow local law, including notices to staff and customers.
These are the principles we are designing to; the final terms will be published with the feature.
