This is the journey a shopper takes with a ZAXORE business: choose the branch, browse, build a cart, enter a pickup time, place the order and watch it get ready — then find the points in their loyalty account and see all their stores in one place.

What the app does at each step

A link and QR code per branch
The owner enables ordering per branch; the page shows only that branch’s categories and availability.Available
Cart checked against stock
Quantities are capped by the branch’s stock and a minimum order can apply; everything is checked again when the order is sent, and the units are held for the customer.Available
Choosing the branch
The customer orders from the branch they choose: each branch has its own ordering link and QR code, and My Zaxore lists the stores linked to their account.Available
Pickup hours and preferred pickup time
The ordering page shows the branch’s pickup hours; the customer enters a preferred pickup time, which staff see on the Online Orders and kitchen screens and which drives the late-pickup alert in the branch’s time zone.Available
Product photos
Each product in the app can hold photos (JPEG, PNG or WebP up to 5 MB, with a primary one) on the Products screen. The customer ordering page, register and inventory screens do not show them yet: the photos in this demo are sample images for illustration.Available with limits
Pickup or drive-thru
Only the methods the branch offers are shown. The customer can tell the branch “I’ve arrived”.Available
Live order status
Order received, accepted, preparing, ready, completed — updated by staff on the Online Orders screen.Available
Points on completion, rewards to redeem
Members see an estimate at checkout; points are added when the order is completed. The loyalty portal shows the balance, a rewards store, reward codes for the register and the history.Available

Points between stores

Points belong to the store where they were earned; ZAXORE has no transfer between stores. A business owner may run one programme across several of their own businesses, and that programme’s rules then decide where points are earned and redeemed.
