The shop is closed. The questions are still open. Zaxore is one platform for your register, stock, books and branches.

Ring up a sale once at the counter, and it reaches stock, the customer’s history, the books and the branch report.

  2. How many are left in both branches?
  3. How much came in cash, and how much by card?
  4. What does she usually buy, and how many points does she have?

And what do I order tomorrow?

The last customer just left. You switched off half the lights and locked the door. Your day is still open. You sold, you bought, you answered your staff, a supplier and dozens of customers. Now come the questions the cash drawer can’t answer.

One question, four places to look.

A simple question: do I order beans tomorrow? You have the answer, spread across your day.

Do I order beans tomorrow?

  1. The receipt rollIt knows how much you sold today, not how much is left.
  2. The stock notebookThe last shelf count was on Sunday.
  3. The supplier’s message, 8:12 PM“Shall we deliver tomorrow? Confirm the quantity before 9 in the morning.”
  4. Los Angeles Branch“We’re almost out of beans.”

Each piece is right on its own; the decision needs them together. With every new branch, bigger team or another company, the sources multiply, and you are still the one putting them together.

We know how your day goes on after you lock the door.

  1. From running our own businesses

Zaxore began with our experience of running our own businesses, and with what customers needed.

  2. Scattered details

Sales were in one place, stock in another, and tomorrow’s questions waited for someone to put the picture together.

  3. What we learned, in one tool

We took what running a business taught us into a tool where a sale is recorded once and reaches the stock, the customer’s record, the books and the branch report.

  4. For other owners

Then we wanted other owners to have it too, to help them organise their day, see what is happening, and take their next step on clearer ground.

    Try a sale

We build Zaxore so the parts of a business connect, and the owner has more room to build what they started.

Zaxore is a product developed and owned by Nexore LLC.

Ring up tonight’s last sale yourself and watch the picture come together.

The picture behind the numbers

You know what the system recorded. And what happened at the register?

We are preparing smart cameras to round out an owner’s view of what happens inside the business. Our aim is to tie the picture to the operating details, so reviewing and understanding events gets clearer.

Smart cameras — in preparation

Face recognition, linking video to sales, and analytics: planned capabilities — not available today

Not available to customers yet. We will announce capabilities and compatibility once testing is complete.

Pick a moment at the register, the same evening

Planned capability. Switch it off to see the same moment without it.

Maya, the cashier, and Leo, the branch manager, are synthetic characters, enrolled in this demo with prior consent. Sample data: no real people, no recordings.

A note to review

The record shows Leo’s account; the scene suggests Maya at the drawer. That alone does not mean anything went wrong: Leo may have signed in to allow it, or the account stayed open.

  • You know whom to ask about the context, instead of asking the whole shift.
  • You see whether everyone works under their own account.

A link is a suggestion a person confirms. It is never evidence of a violation.

Where it stands

In Zaxore todayLive

Sales, refunds and drawer openings without a sale are recorded with the account that made them; opening the drawer without a sale takes a permission and a reason.

Planned capabilities — not available todayPlanned
  • Recognizing the faces of enrolled staff
  • Linking video to sales
  • Analytics and alerts
  • Help reviewing cash handling against sales records
  • Help with loss prevention

Safeguards to design before launch

The use we propose is limited and authorized. None of these is built yet; each is a condition for any launch.

  1. ConsentOnly staff who enroll with explicit consent they can withdraw. Never customers.
  2. A narrow scopeThe register area, to link operating events to who was there; not to follow staff through the day.
  3. Permissions and a logOnly roles you authorize see a scene; every view is logged.
  4. RetentionThe business sets how long clips are kept; then they are deleted.
  5. A person decidesA link is a suggestion someone confirms or rejects: never evidence of a violation, and it sets nothing off on its own.
  6. The law where you arePrivacy and biometric laws differ by state and country, and decide whether and how it can be offered, with notices to staff and customers.

Clearer details to review. And the call is yours.

Questions people ask first

What is Zaxore and who is it for?

Zaxore is a point-of-sale and business management platform developed by Nexore LLC that brings sales, inventory per branch, customers and loyalty, online orders and teams into one system.

Read the full answer
Does it work for a single business or several branches?

Both. A company can have one location or many branches and warehouses, each with its own registers and stock, and a workspace can hold several companies.

Read the full answer
Does it work from my phone?

Yes. Zaxore is a web app for phone, tablet and desktop browsers, with a bottom navigation and a mobile register, and it can be installed to your home screen. The register keeps taking cash sales if the internet drops.

What hardware do I need for Zaxore?

A phone, tablet or computer with a modern browser is enough. Add a barcode scanner, an ESC/POS receipt printer and cash drawer, or a second screen for the customer if you want them; no model is certified yet.

What is in beta, early access or coming next in Zaxore?

Beta: Zaxore AI and message-based receipts and reminders. Early access, switched on company by company: Headquarters, the partner portal, the AI CFO, bank reconciliation and year-end close. Planned, with no dates: card terminals, online payment, delivery orders, accounting-software sync, native apps and smart vision.

Owner, branch manager, cashier, employee: what does each see?

Each role sees only its tools: the owner sees everything, a branch manager sees their branch, a cashier sells at their register, and other staff see their module.

How are subscriptions and plans managed?

There are three plans — Core, Growth and Business — managed from Billing in the app. A new workspace starts on Core with a free trial of Business. This website does not list prices.

Which features are available, and what are their limits?

Live: the register with offline cash sales and a customer display, inventory, purchasing, loyalty, bookings, QR ordering, team and permissions, reports and bookkeeping, and several companies in one workspace. Zaxore AI is in beta; Headquarters, the partner portal and the AI CFO are in early access; card terminals and online payment are planned.
