POS and inventory management in one system
In Zaxore the register and the inventory are the same records: a sale lowers the stock of the branch that sold it at once, a refund puts it back, and an online order holds units as reserved until it is collected — so the number on the shelf report is the number you can sell.
Stock per branch, three numbers
Each product has on hand, reserved and available in every branch. Variants (size, colour) keep their own SKU, barcode and stock. Cost and profit are visible only to roles with the cost permission.
Selling updates stock — no re-entry
Scan by camera, USB or Bluetooth scanner, or search; weighed items sell by PLU. The sale, the stock movement, the customer’s points and the reports are written together, and the stock ledger shows why every unit moved.
Keeping stock right
Adjustments need a reason, transfers move stock between branches, and stock-count sessions reconcile the shelf. Reorder levels raise low-stock alerts that can become a draft purchase order to the supplier.
- No expiry dates or batch/lot tracking yet.
- A size or colour variant cannot be chosen at the register yet.
- Recording sales offline is coming soon — in development.
