Each branch that offers online ordering has its own ordering page. It shows that branch’s pickup hours, in the branch’s own time zone. At checkout the customer enters their name and phone, picks Pickup — or Drive-thru when the branch offers it — and can type a preferred pickup time.
- Turn on online ordering for the branch and set its pickup hours.
- The customer adds items (limited to what the branch has in stock) and goes to checkout.
- They choose Pickup or Drive-thru and enter a preferred time; the order summary shows the branch and the time before they confirm.
- Your team sees the order with that time on the Online Orders and kitchen screens, and moves it through Accepted, Preparing, Ready and Completed.
- The customer follows the status on their phone; for drive-thru they can tap “I’ve arrived”. They pay at the branch when the order is completed.
- The pickup time is a preferred time the customer types, not a booked slot; if it is outside today’s hours, the page warns them.
- If an order is not collected on time, staff get a late-pickup alert based on the branch’s time zone.
- Online payment is not offered: the customer pays at the branch.
