My Zaxore is the customer’s own page. Once signed in, it lists the businesses linked to their account. Opening one shows its loyalty card and code, the points balance and progress to the next reward, the rewards store, rewards already claimed, recent orders and the points history.
- The customer joins your loyalty programme (at the register, or when ordering online with a 4-digit PIN).
- They sign in to My Zaxore and see your store next to the others they use.
- From there they can open your loyalty page or order again.
- Points belong to the store where they were earned and cannot be moved to another store.
- An owner can run one programme across several of their own businesses; that programme’s rules then decide where points are earned and used.
- Discovering new stores from My Zaxore is planned, not available yet.
