Online ordering is switched on branch by branch. Each branch gets its own link and QR code: put the QR at the door or on the tables, or share the link. The page shows only that branch’s categories and what it has in stock, so a customer never orders something the branch cannot prepare.
- Open the branch’s settings and enable online ordering; choose pickup, drive-thru or both, and the pickup hours.
- Share the branch’s link or print its QR code.
- Customers who are signed in also find your business in My Zaxore, from where they reach its ordering page.
- A cart belongs to one branch: switching branch starts a new cart, because stock and menu differ per branch.
- Units are held for the order when it is placed and leave stock when it is completed.
- There is no public directory to discover stores yet.

How does ordering for pickup work, and how is the pickup time chosen?
The customer orders on the branch’s ordering page, enters a preferred pickup time within that branch’s pickup hours, and pays at the branch when collecting. Your team sees the time with the order.
What is “My stores” (My Zaxore) for customers?
After signing in, a customer sees every store they belong to in one place — each with its own points, rewards, recent orders and history. Points stay with the store where they were earned.
Does it work for a single business or several branches?
Both. A company can have one location or many branches and warehouses, each with its own registers and stock, and a workspace can hold several companies.
