Your business decides how many points a purchase earns. At the register, the cashier attaches the member before payment; online, the member identifies themselves at checkout and sees roughly how many points the order will earn. The points are added when the order is completed.
- The customer checks their balance and progress on their loyalty page or in My Zaxore.
- In the rewards store they choose a reward they have enough points for.
- They get a reward code and show it at the register, where the cashier applies it.
- Guest orders do not earn points; the customer can join during checkout instead.
- Points belong to the store where they were earned; there is no transfer between stores.
- Points stay with the store where they were earned.
